Cancellation Policy

SCHEDULING - You may only reschedule ONCE with the same deposit up to 24 hours prior to your impression appointment, and as many times as necessary for any consultation calls. CANCELLATIONS - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to adhere to the policy will result in a forfeited deposit. LATE ARRIVALS - There is a strict 15-minute grace period. Any time after 15 minutes will result in your appointment being cancelled. PAYMENTS - Payments can be made in cash, via Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, or via an emailed invoice attachments or links.
