Refund Policy

All deposits made prior to an impression appointment are non-refundable. Clients will need to book another appointment online in the cases of a no-shows, emergencies or any unexpected impediments to your scheduled appointment time.

All deposits made for custom grillz are non-refundable once impressions have been completed and a design has been selected.

Each set of grillz is a fully customized piece, created specifically for the individual client. The deposit covers the cost of materials, labor, and time invested in producing the dental impressions and initiating the design process. These materials and services cannot be reused or repurposed for another order.

While we are happy to accommodate reasonable design modifications prior to final production, refunds cannot be issued after the impression appointment has taken place.

4. Client Impressions and Photos

Dental impressions and custom molds are securely stored until your order is complete, after which they may be safely discarded. Any photos or videos of finished grillz used for promotional purposes will only be shared with your consent.
