The kit will include a top dental tray, a bottom dental tray, 3 sets of blue and white putty components, and an order form for you to identify yourself and draw your desired grillz design. Use the Order number given to you upon receipt of buying this kit in the Order # field.

MOLDING KIT INSTRUCTIONS:

To make a mold for grillz using a dental putty kit, first mix the two provided putty components until a uniform color is achieved.Then, roll the mixed putty into a sausage shape and place it in the provided tray.Press the tray into your mouth, ensuring it covers your teeth and gums, and bite down firmly.Hold the tray in place for the time specified in the kit's instructions, usually around 3-5 minutes.

Tips:

Work Quickly: Dental putty sets quickly, so work efficiently when mixing and placing it in the tray. YOU HAVE ABOUT 30-40 SECONDS TO GET THE CLAY TO A SOLID COLOR WITH NO STREAKS BEFORE IT HARDENS. You will need to pay for another molding kit if all 3 sets harden or if impressions are done incorrectly.

Bite Firmly: Ensure a good impression by biting down firmly and holding the tray in place for the recommended time.

Avoid Wiggling: Do not wiggle the tray while it's in your mouth as it could distort the impression.

Detailed Steps:

Prepare: Gather the dental putty kit, including the two putty components and the impression tray.

Mix the Putty: Open the two putty containers and mix them together until the color is uniform. Work quickly as the putty hardens quickly.

Form the Mold: Roll the mixed putty into a snake or sausage shape.

Place in Tray: Carefully place the putty into the impression tray, ensuring it's evenly distributed and covers the area where your teeth will be.

Insert and Bite: Gently place the tray into your mouth, ensuring your teeth are aligned with the tray. Bite down firmly to capture an accurate impression of your teeth and gums.

Hold and Set: Wait for the specified time in the kit instructions, usually around 3-5 minutes, while the putty hardens.

Remove and Package: Carefully remove the tray from your mouth. If instructed, you may need to wash the tray and mold. Wrap the tray with the complete impression in a damp paper towel. Place the tray and mold in the provided packaging for mailing or shipping.
